Just about midnight on Monday. Another wonderful day! Caesar and I went whale watching today with Cindy from Michigan, what an absolute treat! It wasn't how I had imagined, we only had to go just outside the harbour here in San Diego before we saw whales and dolphins; I'd thought we would have to head far out to sea. As we headed out of the harbour we had a commentary of all the local sights, and just off Point Loma we saw our first sighting. For the next two hours we kept our eyes on the water and were treated to numerous further sightings, some where the whales surfaced really close to the boat.
