After several weeks of planning, it's all coming together nicely. Back along, I realised that my arm is not going to be all that I had hoped before I leave and also my problems with my epilepsy post surgery haven't exactly died down, so I took the decision to ask my friend Karen to come to the States with me this time. Happily, she agreed :o)So, our flights are booked and we leave London for New York on 22cnd August. We'll be spending some time in Manhattan before heading up to Niagara Falls then back to JFK before we head over to Pennsylvania for Goldstock at Camp Weequahic. From there we'll head back to NYC before heading up to Detroit for the IAADP half yearly Board Meeting. It will be wonderful to see so many of my American friends again, I'm really looking forward to the trip.
The past couple of weeks have seen some celebrations, Caesar celebrated his 7th birthday, and as always was delightful to watch as he very carefully unwrapped and investigated all his presents, and I have accepted the offer of an appointment to DPTAC.

Hi Wendy,
I was browsing the web for information on Service Dogs & I found your site. Ceaser is so beautiful. I see your trials & also see by the photos as they show how much love & responsibility is shared between you & Ceasar. My son Brian is 26, a wheel chair user. On July 26 we are leaving here (Norwich, CT) to Dobbsferry, NY for a 13 day stay at the East Coast Assistance Dogs boot camp. Brian will bond & train with a service dog. Finally after waiting patiently for 2 years. I so appreciate your site & the vision I see with you & Ceaser shows me how valuable this will be for Brian. Brian will receive a Golden also. You will love Niagra Falls, we went last year. Aug. is a wonderful time as eveything is in bloom & the falls so gorgeous. I wish you well & hope your arm strengthens in time. Ceasar looks like he is enjoying his life with you so much! Take good care Wendy, thank you again for sharing your site.
